HOWARD CRAIG KORNBERG

Since 1997, Mr. Kornberg has consistently held an AV Preeminent rating* as a trial lawyer from Martindale-Hubbell – the highest rating possible — for his professionalism, trial skills, and dedication to ethical representation. He is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization reserved for experienced lawyers recognized for their honorable reputation and personal character. He is well-regarded in the Southern California community for his work on the Board of Directors Committee for Continuous Quality of Care Improvement at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The President of the California Bar Association recently appointed Mr. Kornberg to a Commission of 19 sitting and retired Judges, lawyers, and non-lawyers in the state to revise the rules of professional conduct and ethics that apply to all lawyers in California. It is an honor to be a part of the project. The California Supreme Court requested that the rules that govern the ethical responsibilities of attorneys in the state be reviewed and updated. The Commission was formed to accept that responsibility.
